The recently replaced Weinhard sign reflects the many new innovations awaiting visitors to Dayton when they stay at the downtown accommodation. Beyond that of a hotel, owners Sev Jones and Christina Dingman opened Jacob's Public House as not only a specialty coffee venue, but also a place to enjoy homemade breakfast, lunch and dinner.
