Nearly $10,000 in items and prizes–plus dozens of frozen turkeys to make the Thanksgiving holiday even better–were vied for by about 250 local and visiting folks at the Dayton Kiwanis Club's Turkey Bingo, put on last Saturday in conjunction with the Dayton Lions Club and the Frank E. Bauers American Legion Post No. 42. The annual favorite consisted of 30 games of BINGO, with turkeys and special prizes up for the taking by the lucky BINGO player. Needless to say, a good time was had by all-except for the turkeys, of course!
