DAYTON–The recent flood issue which arose last Friday in Dayton, has caused a sudden halt in events for the Dayton students. The FBLA club trip to regionals, which was scheduled for Friday, was cancelled. Whether they are able to continue to compete in the upcoming state competition is unknown for the time being.

The elementary school’s Ski Bluewood trip, where the fifth-grade students take a few days to learn the joys of skiing, was cancelled for the day.

The high school girls’ basketball team has pushed their playoff game to Monday, February 10, and will be competing against the Tri-Cities Prep Jaguars at Columbia Burbank Highschool.
