Commissioners set COVID-19 ground rules for county facilities

DAYTON–Public access to Columbia County offices and facilities will be restricted, Commissioners ordered following an emergency meeting March 18.

The public is requested to conduct interactions with county departments via drop box, phone, email or mail. Face-to-face interaction is discouraged although county officials will strive to provide as much service as possible.

Court services for both district and superior courts will remain open but the public is urged to handle as much business via telephone as possible. Here are department phone numbers:
