Tom and Nikki Baker of Moscow, Id., welcomed Zion Thomas Patricio Baker to the family at 4 p.m., Saturday, January 23, 2021. He measured in at 19½ inches and 9 lbs., 8 oz., and joins siblings Kiera, 5, and Elijah, 3. The lad is the grandson of Charles Baker of Quilcene and the late Patty Baker; great grandson of Anita Baker of Waitsburg and the late Thomas C. Baker; and the grandnephew of Loyal and Charlotte Baker of Dayton and Spokane.

He is the grandson of Jane Scruggs and Rex Scruggs, both of California.
