Dayton Wine Works, which specializes in private-label wine production and distribution, and is a tasting room for Abacus Wine LLC, opened last fall at 507 E. Main. Gearing up for a full season of wine tasting, Carl Cramer has lined up folk, country, blues, jazz and rock performers for entertainment.
