Injuries were reported following a minor collision just west of the Dayton City Limits late Wednesday night November 17. A 1991 Ford pickup, pictured in the distance, driven by Wyatt M. Costello, 19, of Dayton, was involved in a collision with a 2009 Mini Cooper driven by Michelle J. Gasperecz, 48, of Centralia, Wash. Costello and an unnamed occupant of the pickup were reported to complain of wrist and hip pains while occupants of the Mini Cooper told Columbia County Sheriff's deputies they were not injured. The air bag in the Mini Cooper was said to have deployed, according to the CCSO report.
