See you at the 2022 Dayton Days Rodeo!

Dayton Days and the Columbia County Fair Association present the 2022 Jackpot Rodeo Friday and Saturday, May 27 and 28, at the Columbia County Fairgrounds. Along with all the rodeo action, the Dayton Days Parade, sponsored by the Dayton Chamber of Commerce, will parade down Main Street on Saturday beginning at 10 a.m.

DAYTON–Two performances of buckin', snortin' hide and hair are in store at the 2022 Dayton Days-Columbia County Fair Jackpot Rodeo, this Friday and Saturday, May 27 and 28.

The first night kicks off at 6 p.m. Friday and will feature bareback and saddle bronc riding, breakaway roping, tie-down roping, ranch bronc riding, steer wrestling and riding, team roping, barrel racing, chute dogging and bull riding. The Walla Walla Wagonettes Drill Team will show their stuff as well.

Saturday's action will get under way at 4 p.m. at the Columbia County Fairgrounds, 101 Fairgrounds Lane.

The gates open at 4 p.m. on Friday and 2 p.m. on Saturday. Rain is in the forecast and measures have been taken to keep patrons dry and happy.

Dayton Days, Inc. and the Columbia County Fair Association team up put on the two-day rodeo.

It wouldn't be Dayton Days without Saturday's Dayton Days Parade, courtesy of the Dayton Chamber of Commerce. The parade starts down Main Street at 10 a.m. May 28.


In addition to rodeo action, there'll be food vendors, craft vendors, a mechanical bull, beer garden and live music beginning at 7 p.m. on Saturday night. The Dayton Kiwanis Club, Dayton Lions Club and ML Express will be on hand with food booths open.
