The two five-year-old cousins were sitting at the kitchen table when one of them spilled his juice. Trying to keep the spill from falling to the floor he tried to quickly redirect it with his hand and forearm which gave way to the fun of playing with the course of the flood. Though both boys laughed, the other cousin said, "That's not 'propriate" (meaning appropriate).

There are certain flows that can't be stopped, curbed, or redirected and it isn't appropriate to try. The flow of God's love from the cross is for every individual in the world to find salvation. That flow will not diminish.

The outpouring that "gushes and runs greedily" with the mercy and love of God will not be curbed by any power or plot of wickedness. The moving power of the name of Jesus Christ the Lord will not be diminished. The life-giving reach of God's Word that saves and transforms will not be stopped. The control and authority of God' Word in transforming the character and life of His trusting child will not be broken. The life, power, and rule of Jesus Christ are from everlasting to everlasting.

History records that Emperor Nero minted a coin dedicated to the extermination of the name of Jesus Christ from the earth. Jesus' Name lives on but none of the coin's history speaks of have ever been found! God Bless You.
