COLLEGE PLACE–The Dayton-Waitsburg Wolfpack hammered the Walla Walla Valley Academy Knights in an April 18 double header, slicing up a 12-1 win and a 22-0 hammering.

DW made 12 hits in each game, with Isaias Reyes clobbering a home run in the nightcap. Reyes counted seven RBIs in the second game.

Levi Boudrieau pitched well for five innings in the opener, striking out nine, walking only two, and giving up two hits.

Klint Kuykendall led the team with three hits and three RBIs in the first game, including a double, and two hits and two RBIs.

Two baggers were hit by Reyes, Kuykendall, Cyson Morris and Morrow in the first game, with Kuykendall and Colton Steinhoff nailing doubles in the nightcap.

DW built a 7-1 lead in the first inning and never looked back as the defense stepped up and helped Boudrieau blank the Knights for the remaining four innings of the 12-1 win.

In the second game, DW steadily amassed handfuls of runs in each inning, leading to the 22-0 shut out.
