The general contractor for construction of the Columbia Pulp plant near Starbuck has been selected, financing through bonds is under way. No date has been set, groundbreaking for the approximately year-long, $35 million construction project, by general contractor Pacific Civil Infrastructure of Federal Way, is anticipated in early 2015.
