As of Tuesday, there are six major forest fires burning in the southeastern Washington/northeastern Oregon/western Idaho region, the largest being the Lick Creek Fire (formerly Dry Gulch). Weather conditions continue hot and dry with slight chance (20%) of lightning during midweek.
