CGI's Ted Lowe presented an undisclosed financial donation to Judi Pilcher for the Dayton Food Bank in behalf of the local farmers who deliver grain to the Central Ferry facility recently. Lowe has extended similar donations to the Garfield County Food Bank, LaCrosse Food Pantry, Pullman Community Action Center, and Colfax Toy Drive.
