Emergency Medical and fire personnel move the suspect and accident victim, Isaiah G. Guillen, 28, of Tennessee Colony, Tex., to the ambulance after spike strips disabled the motorhome's tires and Guillen lost control, coming to a stop against a fence on Coppei Avenue, near Preston Park. Fire units responded because the vehicle's engine was emitting smoke and Guillen was initially pinned in the vehicle.
