Josh Bye of Dayton was the lucky winner of the Dayton Chronicle's 41st Annual Christmas Shopping Spree, receiving $100 in Dayton Chronicle scrip to be redeemed for goods and services at 24 local participating merchants-just in time for some last-minute Christmas gift shopping, perhaps? Bye, pictured with five-year-old daughter Oneika, filled out the winning form at one of two or three Dayton businesses he frequented during the past six weeks of the Christmas shop-local promotion.
