WHITE SWAN–Dayton-Waitsburg wrestler Carlos Norris has captured the 138 lb. league championship for the second year in a row.
Norris advances to the Regional Tournament in Oroville, Wash., on February 15.
Finishing in the top three will earn Norris a berth in the State Wrestling Tournament in Tacoma February 21-22.
