DAYTON–Fifty years ago, it was evening when Vicki Lynn Gallaher, daughter of Mrs. Dorothy Gallaher, walked down the aisle at the Walla Walla Baptist Church to join Gregory Davis, son of William and Mary Davis, before Rev. Jack Day in holy matrimony.

"Given in marriage by her uncle, Earl Roy, the bride wore a full-length gown of white satin with brocade applique, enhanced by an over-dress of the same satin with a full train. Her veil was shoulder-length and she carried a bouquet of white and yellow roses." The two joined hands and vowed to love one another through all life's trials on March 14, 1970.

Greg and Vicki Davis celebrate their 50-year wedding anniversary. The children of the couple will hold a private anniversary party with family and close friends in the near future.
