Young DW golf team gaining experience

Dayton-Waitsburg golfer Teagen Larsen tees off on the first hole at Columbia Point Golf Course in Richland last week. She is one of six DW golfers who competed in the six-school match.

RICHLAND–Columbia Point Golf Course's 18-hole, 72-par course is challenging, and it proved so for the six Dayton-Waitsburg Golf Team members April 14.

DW's Caleb Barron came in 12th out of 18 competitors with a score of 120, leading a tight group of fellow DW golfers Cayle Davis, 121, and Jay Dimak with 125, rounding out 13th and 14th places.
