Scholarships were granted from Brandon Barton Memorial, $300; Dayton High School Alumni Association $500; Dayton High School Booster Club $500; Dayton/Columbia County Fund $4,000; Don & Nancy Fix $8,000; Floyd & Eugenia Norgaard $1,000; Gailord & Jean Nelson $650; Guy & Nyda Prater $2,000; John Israel $500; Kiwanis Club $500; Merwin Alethea Neace & Family Memorial $475; Owen & Jan Agenbroad Assistantships $250; Ward & Vera Hoskins Memorial $750; Montana State University/Western Undergraduate Exchange $56,000.
This year Dayton graduates and alumni were awarded $121,811 through local scholarship benefactors. In addition, Dayton High School Class of 2021 graduates received $121,312 from colleges and universities they will be attending in the fall for a total of $243,123 in scholarship awards.
