Larry Higley, with family by his side, passed away peacefully in Seattle on August 8, 2021.

Larry was born to Philip and May (Fry) Higley on March 26, 1934 and grew up in Dayton. As a senior in high school in 1952, he was part of the State Championship football team. After graduating from Dayton High School, he enlisted in the US Army and served in Japan....
