DAYTON–Andrew Fouts and Savonnah Henderson were joined in marriage at a country celebration among friends and family on September 3, 2022.

The wedding was set at the very place on the North Touchet the couple first met, the bride's parents, Steve and Carolyn Henderson's, place. They were joined with the groom's parents, Neena and Marc Fouts, along with other family and many friends. As one might expect for the late summer, the weather seemed a bit unpredictable, even rained a bit, but it cleared at the right moment for the couple to enjoy a beautiful ceremony.

"The wedding was out at my parents' house off of the North Touchet," Henderson said. "It was absolutely perfect, even though it looked stormy earlier in the day and even rained a bit, but the weather cleared right before the ceremony. Everything was perfect; the guests were happy and mingled amongst themselves, the food was great–we had My Dads Place deliver pizza! The ceremony was short and sweet, the cake was amazing. "Andrew got some on my cheek, and I got a little on his forehead, and we spent the rest of the night dancing to our heart's content.

"Getting married out at my parent's place was the perfect place, because that is where Andrew and I met two years ago," said the bride. "We had met at my sister Felice Wiens wedding, which was also at my parents' house. Andrew happened to be one of the groomsmen, and I was a bridesmaid. We, by chance, got paired up to walk down together, and that's where it all began! He was completely clueless about my interest in him, but he found out...eventually," the bride fondly reminisced.

The couple plans a snowboarding honeymoon this winter. Presently, Andrew, who is a mechanical engineer, works for Lamb Weston in Kennewick, Wash., and Savonnah will continue her framing business out of their home in Kennewick.
