High winds Friday, November 4, spilled this utility trailer and flipped the vehicle pulling it, slightly injuring its driver and passenger, who were treated by Columbia County Dist. 3 ambulance personnel. Winds were so forceful that the trailer would periodically slide on the pavement about two miles from the intersection of SR 12 and SR 261.
