Eagles Aerie reopens

Eagles Aerie No. 2618 members and guests relax following the Christmas Kickoff parade and fireworks display in the newly opened club, the former Weinhard Café location at 258 E. Main Street. The organization has purchased the property formerly occupied by Blue Mountain Realtors and plans to open a passage way through the walls to connect the smaller building and its kitchen facilities with a larger space from the former realty offices.

DAYTON–The Eagles are once again taking flight.

The local fraternal organization reopened the Aerie on Christmas Kickoff Friday, November 25, in its new location at 258 E. Main Street, the former Weinhard Café.

"Oh my gosh," exclaimed Janie Cleveland of the Aerie. "People were smiling. People were happy we were open."
