Four performances of "A Bad year For Tomatoes," directed by Bev Startin, will be staged at the Liberty Theater this Friday, Saturday and Sunday, giving audiences some comic relief for the January winter blahs. It's about famous actress Myra (Deb Fortner, left), who seeks respite from her frantic existence in a tiny New England hamlet, and there the fun begins. Other roles include Roz Edwards as Willa Mae, Kris Takemura as Cora and Kim Boggs as Reba.
