DAYTON–Rivers Walk Assisted Living has officially opened its doors to 18 elderly residents from Booker Rest Home, who have moved to the two new cottages, "B" and "C." Visitors and residents celebrated their homecoming on February 14.
Rivers Walk Assisted Living facility has a wonderful atmosphere of light brought in by big bay windows which allow plenty of sunshine and an enjoyable environment for residence and family members to visit.
The cottages offer a home-like alternative to traditional nursing homes and enabling more people with varying needs access to care. The facility will provide residents the opportunity to remain in their hometown while receiving the assistance they need.
We would like to express our gratitude to those who contributed their time, effort, and vision. You made this project become a reality.
