There were plenty of laughs and hijinx at the Dayton Chamber of Commerce'e Brix and Brew fund raiser on March 17-and plenty of "wearin' o' the green." One of the event's popular activities is Heads or Tails, and it always brings along plenty of laughs as participants pony up $5 then place their hands on heads or tails, as a coin flip gradually weeds out the unluckiest. Nearly 200 attended and bid on silent and live auction items, helping the Chamber meet its financial commitments that benefit the community in the coming year. "From the donations of wine and auction items, sponsorships, volunteers, staff, all the behind the scenes people to the attendees, who shared so generously, it just proves that there is nothing like 'community,'" said Belinda Larsen, Executive Director. "And that's Dayton. All this generosity allows the Chamber to continue with the many events and programs we try to bring to our community."
