TUMWATER–Pirate golfers Chase Caruso and Brady Bott springboarded off their D7/D9 District Championships for high placements at the 1B/2B Golf Championships here May 23-24, Caruso repeating as the second-best woman golfer in the state 1B/2B ranks, and Brady Bott barely out of higher placings by a few strokes for a sixth-place finish.
