Two Local Veterans Honored with Quilts of Valor

Local Veterans Chuck Beleny, seated left, and Chuck James, seated right, were pleasantly surprised when they were presented Quilts of Valor in a ceremony held during the local American Legion Post's Veterans Day Breakfast November 11 at the Frank E. Bauers Post No. 42. Quilts were presented by Chuck Amerein as the Quilts of Valor dedication was read by Jan Eaton, standing right. Other QOV seamstresses were, from left to right, Mona Himmelberger, Linda Clarys, Carolyn Grant and Jessica Murff. Past Post Commandant Chuck Amerein is also pictured.
