Local nonprofits named in local grant awards

WALLA WALLA– Local organizations such as Dayton Youth Basketball, Project Timothy Christian Aid Center, The Cardinal’s Nest, and The Club, and the Blue Mountain Artisan Guild in Pomeroy, were among the 41 of 107 applicants serving the communities of Umatilla, Walla Walla, Columbia and Garfield counties who received $189,050 in grants from the Blue Mountain Community Foundation (BMCF) recently.
