Petty Officer 3rd Class Carina S. Baker completed a training course in Aviation Maintenance Technician "A" School on March 22, 2024, in Elizabeth City, N.C. United States Coast Guard Lt. Commander Amy N. Hockenberry presented Baker with her certificate of completion. Baker is the spouse of Morgan Baker, formerly of Waitsburg, and the daughter-in-law of Loyal and Charlotte Baker. She is currently stationed at U.S. Coast Guard Air Station-Clearwater in Florida.
