POMEROY–Seventeen Pomeroy Gun Club members traveled to Walla Walla Gun Club for all or part of the 2024 Camas Prairie Championships March 21-24. They captured several trophies over the weekend. There were as many as 291 Shooters in the nine events. On Friday's 16-yard competition Tracy Hanger posted the top Pomeroy score with a 98X100 which was one target behind All American Laura Winkle of Kennewick in the Lady division. POMEROY–The Pomeroy Gun Club will once again be participating in the Camas Prairie 10-week competition with 21 other Clubs around the Pacific Northwest this year. The shoot will start officially on January 13 for Juniors and January 14 for the Senior members and will run for the ten consecutive weeks. WALLA WALLA–Seven members of the Pomeroy Gun Club participated in all or some of the Washington State ATA Trap Shoot at the Gun Club there, where some good scores were shot by the Pomeroy Gun Club members on Thursday May 18 through Sunday May 21.
