DAYTON–The Columbia County Planning Commission has had a vacant position, Seat 1, since last April. At the Columbia County Board of Commissioners (CCBOC) meeting held Monday, December 16, William E. Carter was appointed to fill that vacant position. At the same meeting, Charles Reeves, who is currently Vice-Chair, Seat 5, District No. 3, was re-appointed for another term.
