My name is Jennifer Burnett, ARNP at Waitsburg Clinic. I joined our clinic staff in September 2019 as a Primary Care Provider. I am board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners with a specialty in Family Practice. Prior to completing my FNP, I was an RN for 15 years, specializing in women’s health and ER.

My philosophy as a provider is focusing on the whole person in order to reach optimal health, recognizing conventional medicine and homeopathic remedies. I see the provider patient relationship as a partnership, where options are discussed together and decisions made based on what is best for the individual patient.

During my advanced training, I took additional courses specializing in mental health and have a special interest in treating anxiety and depression. I recently became certified to do medication assisted treatment for opioid use disorders and I am excited to offer this much needed service in our community.

In addition to providing primary care services, I have started providing medically assisted weight loss programs to any patient whom is interested. Outside of work I enjoy traveling with my husband, cooking for family and I am an avid Cross fitter. I consider it a privilege to serve our community and look forward to helping individuals and families reach their health care goals. I look forward to meeting you.
