Fourth-generation Mead Ranch maintains family's beloved traditions

DAYTON–Per longstanding family tradition, combine operations for the year's harvest will commence on July 17-Skip Mead's birthday-with a test cutting off of the Mead Ranch's crop ground in North Columbia County.

As this edition goes to press, plans are for the full crew to start with the legendary bunkhouse breakfast on July 20 and Mead Ranch Wheat Harvest 2020 will be underway.
