Dayton's COVID-19 adjusted Christmas celebrations on Saturday, December 19 included a community-wide Santa Serpentine, with a Fire District No. 3 engine leading Kris Kringle through various neighborhoods prior to the annual "Christmas Kick Off" fireworks display, this year adapted due to the restrictions attributed to the coronavirus. The fireworks were sponsored by Pacific Power. Not a week later, Mr. Claus was busy making sure all the good little boys and girls received their fondest wishes.
