Turkey Bingo a hit -- again

A good-sized crowd poured into the Dayton Elementary Multi-Purpose Room last Saturday, November 18, for the Annual Dayton Kiwanis Turkey Bingo. Scores of Bingo players laughed and, biting their lips, anxiously anticipated the next number, especially as the numbers piled up and waves of murmers could be heard wash across the gathered players. Then..."Bingo!" someone would holler and it would be on to the next game. Plenty of prizes donated by local businesses and individuals, and especially turkeys, were awarded to those lucky enough to get a Bingo. The Dayton Kiwanis Club's fundraiser helps children in this community through donations to worthy projects and scholarships.
