    Over the past few weeks, we have been delighted to welcome Dayton Elementary, Middle and High school classes to tour the library and learn about all we have to offer. Students learned about how the library is organized using the Dewey Decimal System (now 145 years old), discovered the variety of items available in our Library of Things, and caught a glimpse of Dayton's history by viewing newspapers from our archives.     By Todd Vandenbark, MLS The Washington State Library invited CCRLD and other libraries across the state to apply for grant funds from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA). I applied in hopes of obtaining funding to continue offering hotspots for checkout. I learned last week that we have been awarded $7,008 to continue supporting this service!
